Wide Discovery:
“Many a slip between the cup and the lip”—a Big Principle
This saying illustrates a key observation about the Christian Media Famous Face Fan Club. In this context, the “FULL CUP” represents the gifted revelations pouring out from top-level ministries on TV and media and in a local area. These revelations flow down to the eagerly waiting grassroots followers, who then joyfully spread the “Good News” with wide-open lips.
However, what they share is often based on their interpretation of what they believe they have heard. Like the childhood game of gossip, the message can easily become distorted as it spreads. Followers eagerly proclaim to their neighbors, family, and everyone around them what they think the famous leader has said. Yet, the question remains: Is what they’re sharing actually true, or has the original message been lost in translation?
Taveau D’Arcy: 48 Years in Ministry (Hebrews 10:25)
As a modern-day Apostolic Founder and Lead Pastor, I hav e spent over four decades navigating the balance between commitment and discernment, always seeking the “Holy Spirit witness” to know when to stand firm and when to move on. My approach is shaped by a deep awareness of ministry leadership dynamics, grounded in the wisdom of Psalm 144: “Beware of the strange children”—a warning for all leaders to protect their households from toxic influences.
I am the Founder and Head Instigator of a God-revealed, ongoing prototype ministry, created in response to the rise of false ministry control doctrines and what I call white witchcraft—an authoritarian, domineering style of leadership often seen in certain Spirit-filled, charismatic circles. This includes manipulative practices rooted in old-time shepherding, controlling behaviors, and the damaging influence of modern-day Judas-like figures.
Through this ministry, I aim to confront these false teachings, providing a path toward freedom, true servant leadership, and authentic spiritual empowerment.
Taveau D’Arcy: The Call and Commission
In 1976, during America’s Bicentennial, I received my life-changing call from God while sitting in a Sunday service at St. Giles Presbyterian Church in Richmond, VA. This church, led by wise, Bible-grounded elders, was both intellectually rigorous and open to the Holy Spirit, blending tradition with a fresh charismatic movement. In the midst of this, God quietly impressed upon me: “Study the USA Body of Christ ministry leaders—across all races, styles, speaking in tongues or not. Learn their doctrines, their strengths and weaknesses. In the last days, you will build bridges of understanding between them.”
At age 24, newly married and fresh from graduating the University of Richmond, where I had experienced the Book of Acts and received the Holy Spirit, I set out on my journey of obedience. The Lord led me to sit in the audiences of mega, medium, and micro churches across the country, observing the evolution of ministry leadership. It was during this time that I witnessed the shift in worship cultures as television, fame, and external influences began to infiltrate even the most earnest Christian movements.
In the early days, teachings like Kenneth Hagin Sr.’s The Believer’s Authority were powerful and liberating, helping many understand their authority in Christ. Yet over time, these pure-hearted doctrines were altered, adding layers of East Coast Levitical Patriarchalism, which morphed into controlling, authoritarian versions that promoted celebrity culture and manipulated authority. It was a shift from the original purity of the Word into a dangerous mixture of legalism and control.
As I observed, I saw more than I could have ever imagined: churches falling into occult-like practices, engaging in spiritual control and manipulation, as described by Apostle Paul in 2 Timothy 3:1-5 and 1 Timothy 6:5. I realized that God was calling me to reprove and improve the understanding of true ministry in these perilous last days, equipping leaders to discern the difference between authentic spiritual authority and false, controlling doctrines.
Though the nation and the Church have changed dramatically since the 1970s, the mission remains. We are now in the final days, where pure organic values must replace man-made, synthetic doctrines. The task is to lead with humility and James 3:17 maturity, to preserve relationships without fault-finding, and to build up the Body of Christ in true unity—without falling into the trap of character assassination or cultish control.
The journey is ongoing. Though none may go with me, I will still follow. The call to train and equip remains, grounded in a commitment to God’s Word and the freedom to seek Him on every matter. This is the mission of my ministry—to inspire and encourage sincere believers to grow in maturity, free from legalism, bias, and people-pleasing. And though we are not perfect, we can, and we must, do better.

Cross Body Unity: A New Servant Leader Ministry Move
Cross Body Unity is a unique, Holy Spirit-led ministry concept that emphasizes servant leadership and true community. This isn’t a traditional church or organization where people become formal members. Instead, it’s a hidden style of ministry, rooted in the biblical principle of fruit discernment—a godly remnant committed to following Christ authentically.
This movement is centered on cooperation and respect, with each individual listening to the Lord for themselves, while embracing open-hearted community. It’s not about one type of church or leadership style dominating over another. Instead, Cross Body Unity promotes harmony and diversity, reflecting the teachings of the Apostle Paul, especially those found in Ephesians 4. The focus is on servant leadership, mutual respect, and honoring the unique callings of individuals, without enforcing rigid systems of control.
Note: This is NOT a one-world church or a recently formed movement, but rather a long-term, Spirit-guided mission that fosters unity within the Body of Christ across all races, backgrounds, and styles. It’s a non membership, networking style, non biased, upfront kind “perspective” “a different ministry point of views

TAVEAU’S , CBU, TCC’s MAJOR FACETS:
Taveau D’Arcy’s Cross-Body Unity & Creative Leadership Ministries: Key Facets
Taveau D’Arcy’s ministry centers on building unity through servant leadership, fostering relationships grounded in biblical wisdom, and promoting diversity within the Body of Christ. Key components of her ministry include the following pillars:
1. A.R.T. (Abiding Relationship Theology)
**See A.R.T. Link at top of homepage for deeper explanation
This foundational teaching emphasizes the power of enduring relationships rooted in James 3:17 wisdom: “The wisdom from above is first pure, peaceable, easily entreated, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality and without hypocrisy.”
Through this Abiding James 2:17 Relationship Theology (A.R.T.), leaders and followers alike are encouraged to cultivate peaceful, merciful, and non-accusative relationships. This theology rejects bias, meanness, and legalistic control, instead promoting Galatians 5:22-23 fruits of the Spirit. “Deep inside each human heart is A.R.T.”
2. EORR (Ephesians 4 Organic Relationship Respect)
EORR which is “Equal Opportunity REAL RESPECT for the Office of Every Human Made in God’s Image (Psalm 139) focuses on creating a non-elite, diverse environment where every individual is valued equally. This principle is deeply rooted in Ephesians 4, which emphasizes the unity of the Body of Christ. Here, the goal is to foster an atmosphere of mutual respect, where different races, styles, and callings are embraced without the dominance of any one group.
3. The 3J2 Lifestyle ( 3 John 2
3J2 “Beloved above all things, I would that YOU prosper and be in heath, even as YOUR soul prospers”
Central to Taveau’s ministry is the 3J2 Lifestyle, based on living out and “respectful relationship fruit” Resembling …the principles of James 3:17 (“the wisdom coming from above which is pure, peaceable, easily entreated, full of mercy and good fruit, without partiality and without hypocrisy”…in everyday life, even seeking God’s help to model this, even under duress.
. This “freedom” and “renew your mind, simply cast your cares,” liberating lifestyle calls for leaders and followers to self reexamine, and to work on Bible based, all natural, human and spiritual “METHODS of “prospering YOUR OWN SOUL (mind, will, emotions”) as the days are evil and we need to maintain and guard our own Quality of Life.
A.R.T/ 3 J2 and EORR each are non accusing, non Bible thumping, non controlling and withstand any violence, but do not perpetrate any evil or violence. It is “Sweet Baby Jesus” walk the extra mile, turn the other check, “forgive them Father for they know not what they do.” Yet is can also stand up, human up to hold another directly accountable, to stand up for a noble cause and for the Name of Jesus Christ. Yet it is all ‘accepting” non racist, designed to multicultural, global, spearking in tongues or not and “respecting, valuing” ANY NON CHRISTIAN..
ALL of this is peace-loving, and open to reason. By abiding in this humble, true James 3:17 model for wisdom, direction and “RELATIONSHIP HARMONY” current problem solving…all Christian ministry leaders are encouraged to resist divisive behaviors and pursue harmony and spiritual maturity within their communities.
Taveau D’Arcy’s ministry reflects her deep commitment to servant leadership and fostering a Christ-like culture of unity, respect, and love. Cross-Body Unity and Creative Leadership Ministries strive to equip leaders to model these values and lead others into genuine community, free from bias and control.

Note on Training for Cross-Body Unity & Creative Leadership Ministries
This ministry approach emphasizes self-government, which operates under New Testament grace, not the Old Testament’s self-serving regal law. It encourages mutual respect and Ephesians 5:21’s call to “mutually submit” to one another. However, this kind of living requires personal choice, commitment, and ongoing training. Persons must be willing to do this, but not shamed, diminished or word cursed.
Each individual must learn to “run to the Lord” for strength, power, and help to endure and abide in James 3:17 wisdom during times of stress, warfare, or marriage pressure. The application of these principles is essential for all ages, from children and youth to adults, fostering resilience, peace, and godly relationships in everyday life.
Training in this lifestyle equips believers to live out James 3:17, which teaches wisdom from above that is pure, peaceable, full of mercy, and without hypocrisy. It promotes a healthy, Spirit-led community that thrives on mutual submission, godly respect, and enduring relationships.
James 3:17 as a Standard for Discernment and Assessment
James 3:17 serves as a vital guide for evaluating not only others but also ourselves. This verse outlines key characteristics of true wisdom from above, such as purity, peace, mercy, and impartiality. When interacting with new visitors, working in ministry, hiring staff, or assessing leaders, it’s essential to discern and evaluate their ongoing behavior and fruit through this lens.
However, while assessing is important, accusation is not. This ongoing evaluation helps maintain a healthy, respectful, and trustworthy environment. James 3:17 guides us to assess others, whether they are friends, staff, leaders, or even ourselves, without falling into judgment or bias.
Training Tip for Spiritual Discernment:
- Prequalify trustworthy, kind individuals by consistently evaluating them according to the true wisdom described in James 3:17.
- This includes laypeople, visitors, friends, inner circles, staff, and all fivefold ministry offices.
- Encourage self-reflection by evaluating how well you personally embody these fruits of the Spirit, ensuring a culture of Holy Spirit-led maturity.
For Seers and Discerners: Equip and train your teams to use this principle rather than an accusatory or ‘evil eye’ approach. By applying the fruit of James 3:17, you build a ministry and community based on grace, wisdom, and mutual respect.
MORE ABOUT: Mature EORR: Equal Opportunity Real Respect (EORR)
Mature EORR stands for Equal Opportunity Real Respect—a foundational principle in this ministry that emphasizes respect for every human being, regardless of their background. It embodies a multicultural and diverse approach, welcoming all nations, styles, beliefs, appearances, and political views under the umbrella of Psalm 139, which declares that all are made in God’s image.
This principle requires extending Christ-like respect to each person, acknowledging their inherent worth without needing to agree with, condone, or endorse their beliefs, actions, or lifestyle. In turn, this respect is mutual: no one is expected to fully agree with or endorse the other’s viewpoints either. The focus is on fostering respectful and harmonious relationships while maintaining personal integrity and biblical truth.
EORR is a ministry value that prioritizes dignity, unity, and diversity, ensuring that all feel valued, even when differences exist.
4. 3J2 Lifestyle: Preserving Quality of Life in the Last Days
The 3J2 Lifestyle is based on the scripture from 3 John 2:
“Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be in health, just as your soul prospers.”
This focuses on maintaining a balanced and holistic approach to well-being, especially in the challenging times of the last days. The mortal soul—comprising the human mind, will, and emotions—should be nurtured for a prosperous life.
Key Points of the 3J2 Lifestyle:
- Proactive Wellness:
This is a practical, real-life approach to health and well-being, encouraging natural, healthy habits while also seeking God’s grace for spiritual and emotional renewal.
- Renew Your Mind with Bible Faith:
Constantly ask God for supernatural Bible faith, hope, and undeserved mercy. Renewing the mind with these elements is essential for overcoming life’s challenges.
- Watch Your Tipping Point:
Individuals need to be mindful of their emotional and mental thresholds. The things we take in (through media, news, discussions, etc.) can contribute to stress, hopelessness, and even depression if unchecked. A heightened awareness of this “tipping point” is crucial to prevent burnout or becoming overwhelmed.
This component is especially vital for youth ministry, as young people are often most susceptible to external influences.
Note:
This lifestyle promotes overall improvement but is not a miracle cure or formula. It requires practical wisdom and spiritual discernment to maintain health, hope, and joy even in difficult circumstances. This deep approach contrasts with shallow or superficial solutions.
International Fellowship of Foundational Ministries (IFFM)
Based on Ephesians 2:19-21, IFFM emphasizes that the Church is built upon the foundation of the apostles and prophets, with Jesus Christ as the cornerstone. The fellowship aims to establish strong doctrinal and apostolic foundations within the Body of Christ.
BIO of the IFFM
The IFFM was birthed after a divine download from the Holy Spirit during a two-week visitation in Dr. Taveau’s living room in Midlothian, VA. This revelation led to the formation of a foundational ministry focused on teaching, apostolic authority, and cross-body unity.
Challenges and Departure from DFW
Dr. Taveau relocated to Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) Christian ministry but found it to be non-diverse, misogynistic, and involved in practices that fit the warnings of 2 Timothy 3:1-5 and 1 Timothy 6:5. Following Apostle Paul’s teachings, she left that environment.
In 2012, she:
- Dissolved the IFFM 501(c)(3),
- Dropped out of charismatic affiliations, and
- Became a Cross Body Unity ministry collaborator, focusing on serving God as a SENT messenger (pure apostle), especially to the USA Christian ministry and famous Christian figures.
Dr. Taveau now lives by faith and practices 1 Timothy 6:6:
“Godliness with contentment is great gain.”

3. CBU Apostolic Teammate University (ATU)
Apostle Taveau will probably open CBU Apostolic Teammate University to build bridges between diverse styles, tribes, and cultures within God’s people. The focus is on fostering unity among pure-hearted, multicultural believers. The mission of the university is to support cross-body collaboration and enhance understanding and unity within the global Christian ministry. https://www.cbuteammateu.com
Additionally, she founded the DFW Leader Ministry Fellowship in 2015, which operates as an online fellowship aimed at fostering leadership development within the ministry.

4. Revival of Her Music Ministry
In the past, Apostle Taveau is a CCLI songwriter affliate., professional instructor, spontaneous on the spot creator..and prophetic psalmist with a gifting for stirring up God’s gifts and bringing forth music impartations. However, this part of her ministry was lost during her time in DFW due to ongoing dysfunction and an inability to focus. Her music ministry site, Celebration of His Word Music, has not been updated in many years, but she hopes to revive this aspect of her calling soon.

TD’s Encouraging Word Time Period
The Encouraging Word (TD’s God-revealed prayer and training call) was active for around 10 peaceful years under a ministry umbrella known as UMPIRE. UMPIRE stood for Unity Across the Entire Racial Ministry Body, resonating with the vision of Cross-Body Unity. This ministry was led by Wes and Anna Ropp, who supported Apostle Taveau without authoritarianism or control. Their ministry was marked by mutual respect (Ephesians 4 and 5:21), aligning with how Taveau was raised by her pastor parents and Bible scholar family.
During this peaceful time, The Encouraging Word facilitated:
- Prayer gatherings for pastors, families, and revival
- Racial harmony initiatives
- Apostle Taveau’s participation as a guest minister in regional conferences in North Carolina and Florida
However, the rise of WELP (Western European Levitical Patriarchism) ministries in her local area led to ongoing spiritual attacks, accusations, and targeting. These ministries, operating from Big Boss authoritarianism and spiritual abuse, never approached her directly, yet made her feel accosted and watched. This unhealthy environment forced her to end The Encouraging Word due to escalating domestic violence and unsafe conditions.
Though this chapter closed with pain and hardship, Apostle Taveau matured through the trials and recognized the dangers of authoritarian leadership within certain ministry circles. She now stands equipped and ready to take on the next chapter of her life and ministry, focusing on training, unity, and EORR diversity in the NC region and beyond.
Apostle Taveau remains grateful for her early ministry experiences, which began when she first followed Christ during the 1970s as a Jesus Person. Her commitment to diversity, racial healing, and equipping the Body of Christ continues to shape her apostolic calling.
