THE WELP STUDIES PRE COURSE AD
The A.R.T. of WELP: Know Your Accuser
Introduction

This teaching series arises from a lifetime of Bible study, Christian ministry observation, leadership training, personal experience, and fifty years of examining the Body of Christ across many cultures, races, traditions, denominations, fellowships, and ministry movements.
The foundation of this study begins in Genesis, before the Fall of Man, before Levitical systems, before Mosaic Law, before strict religious regulations, and before governing authority structures developed among mankind. In the beginning, God’s design centered upon relationship.
The story of Creation reveals a God who created human beings in His image and likeness, valued them, walked with them, and related to them personally. Adam and Eve were known by God without accusation, suspicion, intimidation, rivalry, political maneuvering, or religious control. The Creator saw their worth, dignity, purpose, and value.
Abiding Relationship Theology (A.R.T.) traces these foundations back to this pre-Fall model. It recognizes the value of every human being and the importance of each person’s private relationship with the Lord God through Jesus Christ. It affirms the ministry of the Holy Spirit and the inward witness described in John 16:13:
“Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth…” (KJV)
Through this lens, we examine the calm, respectful, relational prototype that God originally intended before the Fall and before many later systems of religious hierarchy, control, accusation, and human power developed.
This course is not designed to attack, shame, offend, ridicule, or marginalize any individual or group. Rather, it is intended to encourage believers to pause, reflect, and carefully compare ideas, practices, traditions, and leadership models with the whole counsel of Scripture.
Throughout these studies, we will examine what I have termed Western European Levitical Patriarchism (WELP), along with related forms of Levitical Matriarchism and authority-centered systems found in some Christian, secular, business, educational, and social environments. These discussions are offered peacefully and respectfully.
Selah.
Pause and consider.
The reader is free to disagree with any conclusion presented. Yet after decades of observation, attendance, participation, leadership service, conference involvement, fellowship interaction, and ministry research, I hold these teachings firmly while extending grace toward those who may see matters differently.
No church, denomination, ministry, movement, family, marriage, leader, parent, or believer is perfect. Likewise, no personality type, gender, ministry office, or leadership structure is without weakness. The purpose of this work is not condemnation but understanding.
This study particularly addresses Christians in leadership, ministry training, church service, and everyday Christian living. It explores how unhealthy authority systems can produce unnecessary accusation, bias, fear, division, control, gossip, character assassination, and spiritual abuse.
Over the past thirty to forty years, I observed increasing patterns within certain sectors of Christian culture that, in my opinion, moved away from the fruit of the Holy Spirit and toward forms of suspicion, “witch watching,” inner-reading, spiritual intimidation, and other practices that appeared more occultic than biblical. These observations became a primary reason for developing this training.
It is important to state clearly that these concerns do not apply to all prophets, all charismatic believers, all apostolic ministries, all New Apostolic Reformation leaders, all church leaders, all shepherding movements, or all authority structures. Such broad accusations would be inaccurate and unfair.
Rather, this series examines recurring patterns and fruits that became visible through years of observation as a newcomer, attendee, volunteer, leader, conference participant, and researcher across many ministry settings.
The goal is not revenge.
The goal is not bitterness.
The goal is not division.
The goal is defense, correction, reproof, prevention, discernment, healing, and preparation for a healthier future Church.
At its heart, The WELP Studies seeks to encourage Christians to return to the relational example of Christ, the wisdom of James 3:17-18, the reconciliation model of Isaiah 1:18, the restoration principles of Galatians 6:1, the private correction process of Matthew 18:15-16, and the walking-in-the-light model of 1 John 1:7.
Dr. Taveau D’Arcy believes that when Christians, leaders, pastors, parents, and believers conduct themselves according to the fruit of the Holy Spirit and sound biblical doctrine, many unnecessary scandals, divisions, accusations, abuses, and destructive conflicts can be prevented.
The ultimate purpose of this work is to help believers recognize unhealthy spiritual dynamics, understand the difference between discernment and accusation, and cultivate Christ-centered relationships built upon truth, respect, humility, peace, conscience, wisdom, and genuine love.
Welcome to The WELP Studies.
May we reason together.
May we learn together.
May we grow together.
And may we always compare every teaching, practice, tradition, and authority claim with the Word of God.
